So I was browsing the Mother's Day card section and this is what a card said that I came across under the "religious" category:
"God couldn't be everywhere at once so he created mothers"
I literally stood in shock for a minute.
I pray for the writer of that card.

I have heard the phrase "God couldn't be everywhere at once" before and thought along the same lines as you - Really?!?! That would kind of ruin my entire belief system. I'm banking on the fact that he can.
Nothing says Happy Mothers Day like a little blasphemy.

Wow, that puts a lot of pressure on me as a mom. I've heard of being godly before, but that takes it to a new level... :)
